Fauchon Hospitality plans to establish a portfolio of 20 hotels worldwide over the next decade. Our development strategy involves cooperating with the best local third-party management companies and operators within the structure of a long-term partnership.
For our continued global expansion, the top priorities include countries where Fauchon is well known (Europe, Japan, Middle East, Eastern Asia) and countries or cities where the Fauchon Hospitality target customers and affluent travellers are very present: Los Angeles, Miami, New York, London, Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris will be the inspiration and model for all future developments and will operate as an academy to train all teams worldwide.
Fauchon L’Hôtel Kyoto, the first harbor of the Parisian hospitality brand abroad, was developed following this strategy. The announcement of this second hotel marks an important turning point for the gourmet brand as a creator of luxurious hospitality experiences.
